Requirements:

• Available for staff members Head Administrator or below
• Your current staff rank must be verified before the upgrade is applied.
• Rank upgrades are subject to staff approval.

How it Works?

Once your purchase has been verified, create a support ticket in the HellStar RP Discord.

Our staff team will review your current rank and apply your one-rank upgrade if approved.

IMPORTANT:

• This package is NOT automatic and requires you to create a ticket after purchase to claim your upgrade.
• This package only upgrades your current staff position by one rank.
• You cannot skip multiple ranks with a single purchase.
• Staff promotions and final rank placement are subject to management approval.
• Abuse of staff permissions after receiving an upgrade may result in rank removal without refund.
• Please ensure you are in the HellStar RP Discord server and that your Tebex account is properly linked before opening a ticket.
• This purchase grants in-game and Discord digital content only.
