How it Works?

Once your purchase has been verified, create a support ticket in the HellStar RP Discord.

Our staff team will review your current management rank and apply your one-rank upgrade if approved.

IMPORTANT:

• This package is NOT automatic and requires you to create a ticket after purchase to claim your upgrade.
• This package only upgrades your current management position by one rank.
• You cannot skip multiple ranks with a single purchase.
• Promotions and final rank placement are subject to management approval.
• Abuse of management permissions or failure to follow expectations may result in rank removal without refund.
