How it Works?

Once your purchase has been verified, create a support ticket in the HellStar RP Discord.

Submit your custom chain design or concept through your ticket. Our staff team will review your submission and apply the approved custom chain slot to your character.

After completion, you will also receive the Supporter role in Discord.

IMPORTANT:

• All submitted chain designs, textures, graphics, and custom assets must be original or properly authorized for use.
• Chain designs must not include real-world brands, trademarks, copyrighted logos, celebrity references, or protected intellectual property.
• Any designs containing restricted content may require modifications before approval.
• Additional fees may apply for edits needed to remove non-compliant branding or references.
• Final approval of all submissions is determined by staff discretion to ensure compliance with Tebex and community guidelines.
• This package is NOT automatic and requires you to create a ticket after purchase to claim your items.
• Please ensure you are in the HellStar RP Discord server and that your Tebex account is properly linked before opening a ticket.
• This purchase grants in-game and Discord digital content only.
