How it Works?

Once your purchase has been verified, create a support ticket in the HellStar RP Discord.

Submit your custom weapon concept, including the design, name, and any requested details. Our staff team will review your submission and configure the approved weapon for in-game use.

IMPORTANT:

• This package is NOT automatic and requires you to create a ticket after purchase to claim your item.
• All weapon designs, textures, graphics, and custom assets must be original or properly authorized for use.
• Weapon designs must not include real-world brands, trademarks, copyrighted logos, celebrity references, or protected intellectual property.
• Any submissions requiring edits or modifications to meet compliance standards may be subject to additional fees or denied if they cannot be approved.
• Final approval of all custom weapons is determined by staff discretion to ensure compliance with Tebex and community guidelines.
• Please ensure you are in the HellStar RP Discord server and that your Tebex account is properly linked before opening a ticket.
